Shontelle - No Gravity

Shontelle Layne, better known by her first name Shontelle, is a singer-songwriter from Barbados. She gained fame after releasing her debut album Shontelleigence with hit singles “T-Shirt” and “Stuck With Each Other” featuring Akon.

Shontelle announced that recording for the album had been completed in January of 2010, and that the album would be released on April 6, 2010. An exclusive on the set video from her album photoshoot was premiered online along with the title No Gravity.

Relatively repetitive I must say and yea sure the chorus doesn’t really make sense. But I guess I can overlook that bit since the beat is so freaking awesome!

The chorus came from the song “Licky” by Princess Superstar. Trust me. This is a vast improvement. Don’t bother listening to that.

Ke$ha - Animal

You probably might not have heard of Kesha Rose Sebert. The rising star has a stage name Ke$ha, and only gained mainstream exposure when she was featured in Flo Rida’s hit single “Right Round” earlier this year.

Ke$ha was an underrated artist that worked behind the scenes of the music industry, co-writing songs like “This Love” by The Veronicas and did backup vocals for Britney Spears’ single “Lace and Leather”.

Ke$ha finally released her first single “Tik Tok” back in August this year. Still working on songs for her debut album, Animal, Ke$ha will only release her album next year on 5 January.

With the amount P.Diddy contributed to the song, I reckon the song’s titled Ke$ha ft. P.Diddy – Tik Tok.

Killer chorus! It’s literally a tongue-twister! Love the second chorus when more drumbeats come into play. It’s the perfect tune and has been stuck in my mind for months! It is so typically pop and so typically my kind of music. Enough said.

Ke$ha’s tenacious character made her turn down the offer to be featured on Flo Rida’s “Right Round” music video as she wanted to strike out on her own!

Adam Lambert - For Your Entertainment

Runner-up of American Season 8, Adam Lambert, stole the limelight with the release of his new debut album For Your Entertainment since 23 November.

Adam described his new release as - retro, glam, and all about feeling comfortable in one’s own skin.

For Your Entertainment contains 14 new singles including “Time For Miracles” the theme song for the current blockbuster movie 2012, “Fever” written by Lady Gaga and not forgetting the hit single “For Your Entertainment”.

Nothing’s better than a huge dose of catchy-ness. Despite that, it still requires time for me to get hooked on to the song. The awesome momentum the verse builds up was slightly ruined by the chorus. Fortunately, the song still came through amazing.

How could we just forget about Adam’s 2009 American Music Awards moments? But was it the audacious choreography? The not very impressive ~~screaming~~ singing? Or was it...

From Baby One More Time (1999), Oops!.. I Did It Again (2000), Britney (2001), In The Zone (2003) to the epic meltdown of Britney’s divorce with Kevin Federline and then a come back with Blackout (2007) and Circus (2008). Britney has sold a total of 63 million albums worldwide. Massive!

To commemorate the return that was as epic as the meltdown, Britney will release The Singles Collection on 24 November. It will contain 17 chart topping hits and her new single entitled “3”.

“3” has topped the charts with 255,000 downloads on the first week of release on 29 September. Sceptical?

One hot choreography.

This bitchy beat has got me hooked from the very first sentence. It brings out the girly and conceited side of Britney which is what I believe to be the reason why one just can't get enough of "3". The meaning behind the song is controversial and the beat does not bore that easily!

Gone were the days when Britney was depressed and mentally unstable. She’s moved on and returned to WOW her fans. Britney continues with her “Circus Tour” worldwide to ~~lip-sync~~ perform for her beloved fans!
